For more information about ANCILLs, see the CRISM Data Product SIS.
The Ancillary Data (ANCILL) products are Experimental Data Record (EDR) processing tables. They are an ASCII table of 6 columns, containing scene data and the corresponding EDRs containing time-dependent calibration measurements. ANCILL products are used to process scene EDRs to Targeted Reduced Data Records (TRDRs), and calibration EDRs to Calibration Data Records (CDRs). If there is a discrepancy between the actual and predicted EDRs used for calibration, the TRDRs resulting from scene EDRs are quality-flagged.
CRISM ANCILL products have the following file names:
ATF_cc_yyyy_ddd_vv.TAB (with detached PDS label)
where:
cc = sensor
VN = VNIR
IR = IR
yyyy = year
ddd = day of year
vv = version
In ODE, ANCILL VNIR products have the following Product IDs:
ATF_VN_YYYY_DDD_VV
In ODE, ANCILL IR products all have the following Product ID:
ATF_IR___YYYY_DDD___VV
